Electric Guitar Jaguar
Experience the most versatile electric guitar sound with Fender Jaguar
Electric Guitar J features Fender’s famous Jaguar guitar that gains its reputation by innovative, versatile and great-sounding. One critical advantage that Jaguar has is its maximum versatile sound. Jaguar can sound decent in any music genres/styles. While other guitars often sound really good at one specific music style, but cannot keep the same level performance in other genres.
Deeply sampled over 16GB uncompressed contents, over 6,700 samples, with multi velocity layers and round robin samples, Electric Guitar J aims at precisely reproducing the versatile electric guitar sound of Jaguar. To achieve the best possible sound, we are not only choosing a 1962 Jaguar guitar which is considered to be the original jaguar sound, but also make sure it is in perfect condition by checking every part of it (bridge and so on). It took our team several months to prepare the sample recording.
Electric Guitar J covers rhythm and lead guitar playing — which includes Sound Magic’s powerful and easy to use, chord strumming functionality. The strumming system automates divide chords into special groups and users can use keyswitch them or articulation to quickly select them on the fly. What’s more, we also sampled as much as techniques available on this guitar, including Mute, Staccato, Sustain, Vibrato, Slides, Bend, Falls, Scrapes,Screams, Hammer On, Pull Off and noises.
Electric Guitar J include VStomp Effect System, which provides an exciting new way for guitar sound. VStomp includes many modelled amps and cabs. With it, you can freely combine different top notch amps and cabs, then forge your unique guitar sound. With this powerful system, you will have a freedom in sound possibilities you can never imaging before.
The Most Powerful Effect System add unlimited sound possibilities to the final sound
Collaborate with Hotone, now we can offer the full version of VStomp effect system on Electric Guitar J. VStomp is based on Hotone's proprietary CDCM system, VStomp delivers organic, studio-grade sound quality and the exact character of legendary amplifiers.
Unlike mainstream modeling methods based on the characteristics of a certain “state” of the circuitry, which just “comes close” to the modeled sound, VStomp employs a complex system based on dynamic feature modeling. In this matrix, every single circuit component is alive and performs like its original.
Behind VStomp is Hotone's CDCM (Comprehensive Dynamic Circuit Modeling) system. CDCM is built on a complex dynamic variation matrix, able to realistically express every detailed change that occurs during the operational process of actual circuitry. This matrix will adjust its own modeling parameters and even framework based on the instrument input signal range, signal frequency, knob position, the instrument's own impedance, and other variable parameters, all to achieve the closest possible characteristics of actual modeled circuitry.
The VStomp comes with some extra trick features: an impulse response (IR) loader and a noise gate. With the IR loader, you can load your favorite cab “images” for further tone shaping. The noise gate helps you keep your sound pristine, which makes it great for studio production.
VStomp has over 26 amps and 20 cabs waiting for you to use. The famous brands in VStomp including Marshell, Fender, Ampeg, Carvin, Mesa, Peavey, Roland, Orange and many more. Also it has multi effect/FX which could enable users to fudge a whole FX chain to get the unique sound .
VStomp also can run as standalone or a separated effect plugins. This gives its users more possibilities in usage, such as processing your recorded guitar track with VStomp.
Modelling Legato gives user a lot of more freedom than before
You can start legato or glissando anytime you want, on any technique it has, not limited to the patch that has sampled legato. Also, you can change timbre in real times as a modeled instrument. With modeling technology, you can get an instrument that sound keeps changing, not the fixed or dead as a sampled instrument. In audio demos, you can clearly hear how the instrument changes through time; give the sound unlimited possibilities and varieties.
Modelled Vibrato, Slides and Bends
We further expanded our technology to achieve more authentic sounds from sampling without sacrificing creative control. For perspective, this means starting with non-vibrato and then fading in vibrato sustain while changing depth and speed. Or, you can also change Slide or Bend speed in real time while setting different destination notes.
